Zdrava tortilja

Pozdrav svima, dobro dosli u moj novi post.
Posto ste na jednom od prethodnih storija glasali da zelite post na temu zdravog dorucka, pripremila sam vam danas jedan takav.


*TORTILJA SA PASTETOM OD TUNE* 

•Pasteta od tune:
1.tuna iz konzerve
2.masline (3-5)
3.kisela krastavčića (2)
4.kašičica senfa
5.dva belanca
6.kašičica ella sira


•Sve sastojke staviti u blender i izblendati (dodati jako malo vode ako je previse gusto..) 

•Tortilja:
Za ovu tortilju nam je potrebno jako malo sastojaka, moze se staviti bilo koje ZDRAVO brasno!
Moze to biti mleveni lan, ovseno brasno, kukuruzno..
1.Brasno
2.dva jaja

Kao i prethodno moze se dodati kisela voda ako je smesa previse gusta.

Na kraju podgrejati tiganj na koji ste prethodno stavili ili maslinovo ili kokosovo ulje. Spremiti kao palacinke.. Kasnije u tortilju osim pastete od tune moze se dodati, paradajz, krastavac, salata ili bilo sta sto zelite.

• Tuna pasta: 1.tun from a can 2.masines (3-5) 3. pickles (2) 4. a teaspoon of mustard 5.two whites 6. teaspoon of ella cheese

• Put all ingredients in a blender and blend (add very little water if too thick ..) • Tortilla: We need very little ingredients for this tortilla, it can be put in ANY healthy flour! It can be ground flax, oatmeal, corn .. 1.flour 2. two eggs As before, acidic water may be added if the mixture is too thick. Finally heat the pan you previously put on either olive or coconut oil. Save as pancakes. Later in the tortilla, in addition to the tuna pasta, you can add tomatoes, cucumber, salad or whatever you like. That would be it if you make me send pictures to dm! 😉
